Began as grad trainee then Junior Brand Manager for Maybelline in S.Asia, succeeding to increase budget responsibility, team leadership, geographical coverage and business capability over time. Left in 2014 as with P&L responsibility for Garnier Haircare (Western Europe), leading innovation insights and communications. Joined General Mills in 2015 as Marketing Head-Ice Cream (UKI) re-inventing the Haagen-Dazs brand, and now Head of Brand Experience for Europe and Australasia region leading the creative brand building mandate for the organisation
