Starting out in the world of recruitment consultancy in the city, Carol-Ann made the move to inhouse recruitment within an independent PR agency before taking on a broader people role encompassing the entire employee life cycle as the global HR Director of a fast-growing international company. Over 10 years ago, she began a new role with WPP as the Global People Director of FITCH before transitioning across to Landor as Chief People Officer, and with the more recent merger of Landor & Fitch, she is currently Group Chief People Officer overseeing 29 studios across 20 markets
