Within 10 years of starting my career, I became UK Chief Executive at Razorfish. Under my leadership, it grew to become a 300-person, highly-awarded creative agency.
I then established Blackbook London, a consultancy that transformed the global marketing strategies for brands including Rolex and FedEx.
In 2019, I took over at TMW as CEO. After 4 years of continuous improvement, 2023 was our most successful ever. Record new business wins, prestigious awards and three years of double-digit growth transformed our reputation in the marketplace.
This success contributed to UNLIMITED’s acquisition by Accenture Song, where I was promoted to Group CEO.
