When Chris joined TMW as chief executive in 2019, he set his team a clear ambition: to become the most respected agency in the country. Not necessarily the biggest or most profitable, but a business where clients and employees are treated the right way and can do the best work of their careers. The result has been 5 years of continuous growth, and unprecedented creative and new business success. Chris was named as Head of Agency of the Year (Integrated) at Campaign's Agency of the Year awards, and was promoted to Group CEO of UNLIMITED after the company's success led to an acquisition by Accenture Song. As well as being on the board of BIMA, Chris is a trustee and non-executive director of YBB (Youth Beyond Borders), a representative creative agency that reinvests its profits to help socioeconomically disadvantaged young people.
