I was appointed CEO of Havas CX helia, Havas’ flagship CX agency, in November 2023. It was the culmination of 20 years’ championing a discipline now firmly established at the top table, but which traditionally hadn’t commanded the respect it deserved. My career spans both agency and brand-side, and I have won, worked on, and run major accounts including O2, Tesco, Volvo, Diageo, easyJet, Compare the Market, The Royal British Legion, Unilever and Royal Mail. I am an accredited Executive Coach, and, away from the office, have mentored at School of Communication Arts and Switchboard, the national LGBTQIA+ support line.
