I moved from India to the UK to pursue a career in transformation and since been an Executive entrusted with the responsibility of People, Technology and Operations globally. Passion for “leading change” kickstarted by my transformation career working with PE Groups and Management Consulting companies including Accenture and TPG to help restructure and deliver improved EBITDA. My interest in dedication to creating inclusive workplaces led me to my transformational role at Tag where I developed initiatives for employees, technology and operations.
