Despite struggling with dyslexia and leaving school with only one GCSE, I used my early experience in recruitment and the travel industry to gain a deep understanding of people. Drawing on my strengths, I honed my skills in event management and by working on some of the world’s biggest live experiences, including the Olympics, MTV Music Awards, The Brits and MOBO Awards. This eventually led me on to establish Elevate Global, which operates across the UK, US, France, Germany, and Austria, as well as BeFound, a recruitment agency for marketing services in the UK and US.
