Elizabeth is a distinguished media and advertising leader with over two decades of transformative experience. As Co-founder and CEO of 16x9Media, she brings together strategic insight and creative execution across advertising and production. Her impressive career trajectory includes leadership roles at major broadcasters like Sky Media, Turner, Viacom, and A+E Networks, where she consistently drove substantial revenue growth. Having served as President of Bloom UK through March 2024, Elizabeth has since continued her commitment to industry transformation. She remains a co-founder of Join Our Table – a platform dedicated to empowering Black women in marketing and communications – and holds advisory positions with Responsible Resourcing Agency and Hearst Networks. Her passion for diversity and inclusion has been recognised through multiple prestigious awards, including the Change maker MEFA Diversity and Inclusion Award and the IPA iLIST Awards in 2024. Elizabeth has authored Bloom's Allyship Code of Conduct, co-founded Bloom in Colour, and led "The Juggle" – a groundbreaking research report exploring work-life balance for women in media and communications. Her dedication to empowerment is further demonstrated through her advisory work with the Conscious Advertising Network and her contributions to Mediacat Magazine's Editorial Advisory Group.
