Joanna Howes

I began my career at 19 as Team Secretary in an advertising agency and fell in love with the industry. Through lots of hard work, drive and determination I worked my way up to Operations Director, working for many world-class agencies including VCCP, McCann Worldgroup and Clemenger BBDO. When I turned 40 five years ago, I set up my own leadership coaching and training company to support leaders in the advertising world to become their best selves.
