Having studied Physics at Oxford and AI at Edinburgh, Les joined the legendary Planning Department at BMP in 1987 as a data analyst. He has remained at Bishops Bridge Road ever since, helping the agency to measure and optimise the effectiveness of their ads through all its various incarnations from BMP to DDB to adam&eve. As Group Head of Effectiveness, he is now recognised as one of the industry’s leading thinkers on how ads work and how to evaluate them.
