Nancy Lengthorn

My career comes in 2 parts. I joined the industry in 1999 and worked across a number of different clients, ultimately running a large client team. But, I became increasingly passionate about the people, rather than the work and after turning down a big promotion that Karen Blackett offered me (she forgave me eventually!), she helped me to build a role that enabled me to work in the area I was passionate about. For the last 10 years, I have studied oppression and inclusion and have been so lucky to do what I love, with amazing people.
