Under his leadership TBWA\RAAD now operates with a network of 12 full service agencies across the Middle East and North Africa, is home to over 1000 employees and has been named one of the best workplaces for women in 2024 and one of the most innovative companies for three consecutive years in 2024, 2023 & 2022 by Fast Company Middle East. Reda has been featured on Campaign's 40 over 40 list of 2024. Reda graduated from Syracuse University, New York with a double major in Advertising and Marketing Management. He has been an active member of the Middle Eastern communications industry for over 20 years and is currently on the Executive Committee of the International Advertising Association UAE Chapter Board, Chairman of the Syracuse University MENA Alumni Board and a proud member of the Young Arab leaders organisation.
