Varied! Agencies have had my heart since my first job in 2004. I have always been driven by a need to help people be the best, and realising I could combine my love of people with my love of agencies (including AMV, Karmarama and now Goodstuff) has been a revelation. Having started out in support roles, I qualified as an L&D professional at AMV and became their inaugural L&D Manager. After brief sojourns into social work and healthcare (at 30!), I returned to agencies and shifted from HR specialist to a generalist, now heading up the People team at Goodstuff.
