Vicky Bloyce

I’ve been working in media for 22 years. Starting as a PA and taking a slow career path, partly due to a lack of confidence with having no degree, and partly due to developing agoraphobia in my twenties, which made it hard to leave the house, never mind advance my career. I sought out help, got better, and “started” my career in 2014 when I was 34 years old. Seven years and four promotions later, I am in a role I couldn’t have dreamed of when I was 21, leading marketing for EMEA for the world’s largest media agency.
